Sabrina was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell and everything going on in the market. Her communication was fantastic. We were selling my parents home (an estate sale) and it was very difficult and emotional for our family. She made the entire process as easy as possible. I truly don’t know how we could have handled the stress of this process without Sabrina.

Sabrina guided us in what repairs and updates needed to be done for the home. She had so many consider contacts for the various projects and it was so smooth and stress-free. Sabrina absolutely assisted us through the entire process. We needed a little work done on the house before putting it on the market and Sabrina had great references for us to use. But the best part was that she called the references, scheduled appointments for us with them and followed up to be sure the job was done well. Selling a house can be a bit overwhelming but she just took our hands and led us down the path making it so easy for us. We were then able to just concentrate on packing our house and a few touch ups. She facilitated everything we needed and made the whole process so easy.
